E-MAIL HOSTING SERVICE: STATUS YELLOW- UPDATE 17/06/2026 16:00
Email services is currently up and running.
Updates are posted on https://helpme.inext.co.za
The server was downed around 15:00 for the technicians to reset and reconnect storage and came back up around 15:20. The upstream techs are and still checking and monitoring that that storage systems are now stable and we are checking all mail services to make corrections where needed and ensuring all is stable. We have been queuing incoming mails on our incoming email security and anti spam server and will start releasing queued email to our primary email sever shortly.
This is a short update, as our focus is currently ensuring all services are up and stable.

To escalate urgent support requests, send a WhatsApp to 053 830 8000 after opening your ticket. Note your name, business name, helpme ticket number and a short description of your issue in the WhatsApp.
NOTE: WhatsApps with a ticket number will have priority over WhatsApps without a ticket number.
All Aeon Computer, Amphibic ITC, Kimberley City Portal and IneXt support issues are managed via the Aeon Support Ticket System.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
